We enjoy eating & drinking. We love animals & nature.  That´s why we use organic beef  & chicken and eggs laid by free-range hens. Our  coffee is fair traded and we don’t serve sugar bombs as soft drinks. Gooses might have a delicious liver, but the way they are treated we consider  unappetizing, so we don’t offer the famous foie gras. Although we are still far to be  perfect, we are always looking for healthy, ecologically correct delicacies - with fish, with meat or vegetarian. Let us surprise you.
